When you purchase any of our gourmet brownies, cookies or biscotti, we take every precaution to maintain the highest standards in preparing your order and shipping it the very same day as baked to assure its freshness and delicious homemade taste. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products you may return them for a replacement or a refund of the full purchase price (exclusive of any shipping & handling costs). Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.

How To Make A Return

Following the two steps outlined below will assure your replacement item(s) or refund is processed promptly. It may take up to 10 working days for a credit to appear on your credit card account statement.

  - Describe the item being returned and tell us why.
