Please be careful and take that extra step to assure our gourmet brownies, cookies and biscotti are NOT eaten or touched by anyone suffering from any of the following allergies.
Our products contain dairy products including eggs, butter and milk or milk products.
All of our brownies, cookies and biscotti, including those that do not include nuts as an ingredient, are made in a facility that processes and uses nuts. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that traces of nuts will not get into our products.
Ruth's Brownies are awaiting certification from the Vaad Hoer as to their compliance as a fully Kosher product. Our products are made from ingredients that come from animals such as eggs, butter and milk. If you are interested in us offering completely Vegan Brownies, Cookies or Biscotti and other baked goods, please write us and we'll see what we can do.

Ruth's gourmet brownies, cookies and biscotti are made with granulated sugar, brown sugars and a small amount of corn syrup and salt to enhance the taste of the chocolates. We are in the process of developing sugar-free recipes and will be soon offering sugarfree brownies, cookies, cakes and biscotti.
