When you purchase any of our gourmet brownies, cookies or biscotti, we take every precaution to maintain the highest standards in preparing your order and shipping it the very same day as baked to assure its freshness and delicious homemade taste. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products you may return them for a replacement or a refund of the full purchase price (exclusive of any shipping & handling costs). Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving product.

How To Make A Return

Following the steps outlined below will assure your replacement item(s) or refund is processed promptly. It may take up to 5 working days for a credit to appear on your credit card account statement.

• First, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product  by sending us an e-mail from the

            - Describe the item being returned and tell us why.
            - You may want to send a picture.
            - Be sure to include your name, address and telephone number.

• Then mail the unused portion of your product to the following address:

•  Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving product.
